2.Paid Service Subscriptions

When purchasing any paid service subscription from us, you explicitly agree to the following clauses

  • 2.1-Allow us to charge your registered method of payment in advance per billing period. The actual billing period would depend upon your contract and would be explicitly outlined in the subscription form that you would use to sign-up.
  • 2.2-All payments are non-refundable. If you were to cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing period, you may access our service till the end of the period for which you have already paid. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the period for which you do not use the service
  • 2.3-Contracts may only be cancelled by providing us with a 30-day written notice via email or post. Please refer to the contact us section for details on how to get in touch. You agree that failure to provide a written intent of cancellation will be deemed as intent to continue using our services and that you further agree to let us charge your registered payment method with the contractual billing amount
  • 2.4-Syptus internally uses third parties for provision of various services including but not limited to IT infrastructure, software and security. While we aim to provide a seamless service to all our customers, there are instances where loss of access and/or data may result from temporary downtime of our partner’s services. You agree to not hold us responsible for any such loss
    of access or any other consequences arising thereof.
  • 2.5-Failure to make payment when it becomes due may result in your access being suspended or your account being terminated permanently. In the event that your account is terminated, you agree to not hold us liable for any historical data that we mighthave aggregated on your behalf

3.Trade Marks

Syptus.com is an unregistered trade mark of the Website Owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trade mark without the prior written permission of the Website Owner. All other logos, brand names and product images are property of respective companies and the Website Owner does not stake any claim to their ownership, association or recommendation
